Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Licensed Pest Control Technician (Branch 2) who’s ready to grow in a company that values science, environmental stewardship, and customer relationships.
This is not your typical “spray and go” pest control job — it’s an opportunity to work across structural, agricultural, and ecological disciplines with allot more opportunities to increase your income than the average pest control company.
Experience in ornamental or agricultural pest management is a plus but not required. We provide in-depth training in the biology of trees, plants, and ecosystems to those who are eager to learn.
Requirements:
Valid CA Structural Branch 2 license (required)
Clean DMV Record (printout required at time of interview)
Clean Background Check
This route requires daily travel throughout Big Sur, Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Los Osos, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry backpack sprayers up to 30 lbs over uneven terrain
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to self-manage daily routes and tasks
Willingness to work overtime or later than normal business hours when needed
Eagerness to learn science-based treatment methods and environmental best practices
Commitment to professionalism, honesty, and respect when representing the Williams family name
Comfortable with handling and applying pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides, and fertilizers.
